Ibanda Municipal Council has three divisions which give trading licence. The Divisions include; Bufunda, Kagongo and Bisheshe Divisions. 

The Property tax is assessed by Ibanda Municipal Headquarter under an Information system called E-logrev and can be accessed through https://www.e-logrev.go.ug/
